If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we may text you appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, quotes, and, only where you have separately opted in, promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with vendors and service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Subcontractors and suppliers when needed to complete your roofing project

• Insurance carriers and adjusters, only at your direction in connection with your claim

• Financing partners, only if you apply for financing through us

• Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety

If our business is sold or merged, customer information may transfer to the new owner under this same policy.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain customer and project records for as long as needed to service warranties and meet legal, insurance, and tax requirements, typically [X] years after project completion.
