Top Frog Roofing LLC d/b/a Top Frog Roofing Effective date: December 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.topfrogroofing.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. About Our Services
Top Frog Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services, including roof repair, replacement, inspection, and storm damage restoration, in Snohomish & King County. We are licensed in WA (License #TOPFRFR753RD) and carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request.
2. Website Use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

3. Estimates and Quotes Are Not Contracts
Any pricing, estimate, or quote provided through the Site, by phone, by text, or by email is preliminary and non-binding. Final pricing is determined after an on-site inspection and is set out in a written contract signed by both parties. Roofing work is governed exclusively by that signed contract, not by these Terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed service contract, the service contract controls.
4. Scheduling and Communications
Submitting a form or requesting a quote through the Site constitutes your request that we contact you by phone, email, or text at the contact information you provide, including through automated dialing systems where permitted. 5. Content Accuracy
We work to keep Site content (service descriptions, project photos, financing terms, promotional offers) accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is error-free. Promotional offers are subject to their stated terms, availability, and expiration dates. Project photos represent past work and do not guarantee identical results on your property.
6. Intellectual Property
All Site content, including text, logos, photos, and graphics, is owned by [Top Frog Roofing] or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use it without our written permission.

THIS DISCLAIMER APPLIES TO THE SITE ONLY. WARRANTIES ON ROOFING WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED SEPARATELY IN YOUR SIGNED SERVICE CONTRACT AND APPLICABLE MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Top Frog Roofing SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY UNDER ANY SIGNED SERVICE CONTRACT OR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Top Frog Roofing and its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of WA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, WA. Optional: insert arbitration clause here if your attorney recommends one.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
